1. How much does an ADS Log Home cost?
   Due to many variables in building a home, it is not possible for us to provide exact pricing. But we can say that the price for log construction is about 300 Euros per square meter.
   
   
2. What does the Log Construction package includes?
   It includes everything made of logs:
   1. first floor external log walls
   2. roof construction made of logs (ridge, purlins, rafters) without insulation and roof covering
   3. construction of external walls made of logs (without wall panels)
   4. all supporting posts and beams
   5. unique, rustic stairs made of logs (spiral or stright stairs)
   6. hydro and thermal insulation between logs
   7. wood protection agains fungi, mould, insects and UV radiation
   8. wood protection with nano technology (of your choice)
   9. complete metal parts
   
   
3. How long does it take to build?
   It depends upon the project. But for example, we need about one month to made log construction for home with 70 m².
   
   
4. Can I design my log home?
   Yes, of course.
